It is with a heavy heart that I bring the news of our proofer box's passing. Twas a fine proofer box he was, well, until he wasn't. It gave us 31 years (we think) of dedicated service so we can't complain. Let's give a warm round of applause to the new hotness and raise a toast to it lasting 30 years or more!😁🙏😎🤘

We made this delicious Ham, Salami, Lettuce, Mayo, Oil, Vinegar & It's Italian! seasoning from @faroutfoodz and warmed it in the oven for 5 minutes. Needless to say it was an amazing sandwich 🥪🤤😎

We've been working on some family favorites and a few new aspirations. We are pleased that almost everything is close to being ready for sale. Pumpkin Streusel Bread, Pound Cake, New Orleans French Bread, and Focaccia topped with It's Italian from @faroutfoodz 🤤🤤🤘

We've been hard at work baking cookies from our vault of family recipes. Our sugar cookie is the lightest sugar cookie you will ever put in your mouth. Crunchy on the edges and soft in the middle, they are amazing on their own if you're a purist like us, or aren't too sweet for adding sugar or icing embellishments. Our Cranberry Walnut Cookie is that "something different" when you don't want a "traditional cookie". These are the Peanut Butter Cookies our great-grandmother passed down to us. Big on peanut butter flavor, offered rolled in sugar or plain. All of these cookies have been made in our home kitchen for decades so you know they are something special.

This past weekend we were given the opportunity to showcase some of our baked goods at the dedication of the Royal Theater Spire in Hogansville, GA. Thank you to all the people that came out for the dedication and tried our baked goods (apple bread, pumpkin bread, chocolate zucchini bread, banana bread, Glorious muffins, gluten free brownies and cheesecake brownies).
