What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally your phone number. We also store what you ordered and what it cost.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for anything we do not need to bake your order and get it to your door.

You do not need an account

There are no customer accounts on this site and no passwords to remember. To check an order later you enter your order number and the email address you used, and we show you that one order.

Keep your order number somewhere safe. It is in your confirmation email.

What we use it for

Your address is used to ship your order. Your email is used to send your confirmation and to reply with updates as your order moves along. Your phone number, if you give us one, is only used if something about your order needs a real conversation.

We do not send marketing email, and we do not add you to a list.

Who else sees it

Our email provider handles delivery of the messages we send you. Our hosting provider runs the servers and the database that hold your order.

We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to anyone for advertising.

Tracking

This site does not run advertising trackers or third party analytics, and it does not use cookies to follow you around the internet. The only thing stored in your browser is your shopping cart, which stays on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order.

How long we keep it

We keep order records because we need a history of what we sold and to whom, for our own books and in case you come back with a question about an old order.

If you want your details removed from our records, email us and we will take care of it.

Payments

At the moment this site does not take payment online. You place your order and we contact you to arrange payment.

When we do start taking card payments, they will be handled by a payment processor and your card details will go straight to them. We will not see or store your card number.
