If something is wrong

When we credit you

If something is wrong with what we sent, mould or anything that has gone bad, we credit you for it.

We do not cover changing your mind. Bread is perishable and we bake to a schedule, so once an order is made it is made.

It comes off your next order

We do not hand money back. The amount comes off what you owe on your next order instead.

Say last week was four hundred dollars and you paid it, then something went bad. This week is six hundred. We take last week off, so you pay five hundred and seventy five.

Telling us

Get in touch as soon as you notice. Have your order number to hand, it is in your confirmation email and on your order page.
